10-Year Limited Warranty
Prima Seating warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship and will repair or replace any defective product or component.
Limitations: Seating controls and other steel components are warranted for a period of five years. Pneumatic cylinders, casters and polymer-based components are warranted against structural failure for three years. Upholstery is warranted against unusual wear or deterioration for two years.
This limited warranty is the only express warranty given, applies only to the product, and does not cover damage, breakage or loss after manufacture arising from accident, misuse, excessive loading or failure to assemble or maintain the product properly. The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible in any way for any loss, or consequential damage caused by any product defect.
This warranty is effective only to the original retail purchaser together with the sales invoice, from purchase date, for normal commercial use (single shift, 40 hour work-week). This warranty does not apply for loads exceeding 120% of normal weight as defined by the American Medical Association.
Warranties implied by state law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness are expressly limited as set forth above, except warranties implied by state law. The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties concerning the repair or replacement of any products or components. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary by state.
