Adapta Warranty Guarantee
INCO Business Furniture, Corp. warrants its products to be free
from defects in material or workmanship and will repair or replace
any defective product or component.
Limitations: This warranty is limited to normal commercial use (single shift, 40
hour work-week). The manufacturer does not warrant the matching of colors,
grains or texture of covering materials. Drawer slides, locks, hinges, and all other
moving components are warranted, against structural failure, for a one year.
Surface laminate, and painted parts are warranted against unusual wear,
deterioration or rust for one year. This warranty is effective only to the original
retail purchaser together with the sales invoice.
This limited warranty is the only express warranty given, applies only to the
product, and does not cover damage, or loss arising from accident, misuse,
improper loading or failure to assemble or maintain the product properly. The
manufacturer and distributor are not responsible in any way for any loss, or
consequential damage caused by any product defect.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
CONCERNING THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCTS OR
COMPONENTS. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY BY STATE.
